From the iPhone to the Desktop: Camerabag brings the top app editing to your computer

Usually this is the opposite: top computer/desktop apps move to the iPhone. But here Camerabag, one of the top photography iPhone apps is launching now a desktop client

Video demo below

It is only available for mac for now. But it is nicely done.

You can download the desktop version here (free demo $19 otherwise) and the iPhone version on getap.ps/fF

Fixing stuff: new mac build available. Get it now!

We heard you and we tried to react fast. Our Appsfire desktop version for mac was a little buggy. We noticed 2 mains issues that we are now solving with our new build

1. It was sometimes crashing at start
2. it was not listing (all) apps for some of you

We fixed the build and the algorithm that reads your apps in iTunes. Give it a shot now and let us know (best by email on contact at appsfire dot com)

just one side note: we disabled the auto-start for now when you launch your computer. But we ll bring it back in our next build

** Also remember: Appsfire is not working if **

  • your iPhone is Jailbroken (although sometimes work)
  • your backup with iTunes is encrypted (see how here)
  • you have not synced your iPhone with iTunes (which we recommend for backup)

Enjoy and Share your apps!

update: we still seem to have issues with the new release of snow leopard for some users. we're working on it right now and hopefully will come with a fix soon
