This October, the brightest minds in mobile technology will converge in Silicon Valley for the App Conference and the Global Mobile Internet Conference. Appsfire is excited to be a sponsor, and a partner of these events.
This year’s event features representatives of companies from over 10 counties, and over 7000 attendees are expected. Both the App Conference and the GMIC SV will be a truly global celebration of the exciting and always evolving world of phones, apps, and media.
Ouriel Ohayon will be representing Appsfire. In the App Conference he will participate on the panel discussion “Mobile App Discovery - How to Drive Downloads and Engagement” taking place on the 19th of October from 1 to 2PM, and moderated by Joe Hyrkin, CEO of Wordnik. In the GMIC he will participate on the panel”App Discovery in the Gargantuan World of Mobile App Stores” moderated by Richard Robinson, Co-founder & President of Youlu, on Saturday at 4:10 PM. Both these panels discuss the ever more pressing subject of app discovery and distribution, a timely subject, with the release of iOS6 causing some controversy regarding the new App Store interface.
In addition, the GMIC is running appATTACK an app competition where the prizes for the top 20 apps will support the marketing launch of those apps, including advertising with the Appsfire Network. Developers must check the appATTACK details here: http://www.gmic-sv.com/appattack/
